Cara Root ZenFone 5 | KITKAT | Version V2.19.40.18

Tools :

• Intel USB Driver for Android  https://software.intel.com/en-us/android/articles/intel-usb-driver-for-android-devices 

• platform-tools : https://yadi.sk/d/AHz03l3lbp8S3 lalu extract.

• SuperSU https://yadi.sk/d/gCfePyuebp8Th  simpan di internal android anda.

• Recovery kitkat.img : Di ambil dari File KitKat | version V2.19.40.18 , ambil file di sini (sesuai FW Asus anda), lalu extract filenya , dan ambil file recovery.img , lalu masukan ke folder platform-tools. 

• # Jika Asus anda type WW , silahkan pakai recovery.img ini http://www.4shared.com/zip/3CVk0x7Wba/recovery.html

Cara Root :

• Sambungkan HH ke PC , Aktifkan Debugging HH terlebih dahulu , disini cara mengaktifkan USB Debugging
• Buka folder platform-tools , tekan shift + klik kanan -> open comand promp
• Ketik adb devices ( untuk memastikan apakah HH sudah tersambung ).
• Ketik adb reboot bootloader fastboot maka HH akan masuk droidboot.
• Ketik fastboot flash dnx dnx_fwr_ctp_a500cg.bin
• Ketik fastboot flash ifwi if.bin 
• Ketik fastboot reboot-bootloader
• Ketik fastboot flash recovery CWM.img
• Tunggu hingga proses selesai .........   
• Jika proses selesai , pilih menu Recovery dan anda akan masuk cwm recovery 
• Instal superuser zip, caranya instal zip -> from /sdcard -> pilih supersu.zip nya. tunggu proses selesai .....
• Kembali ke Menu awal, pilih Power Option
• Pilih reboot bootloader 
• Akan muncul logo USB !!
•  Tekan Power dan Volume Up , hingga muncul logo ASUS, lalu lepaskan tombol power dan tetap menahan tombol Volume up sampai masuk DroidBoot.
• Pada CMD Ketik fastboot flash recovery kitkat.img (kitkat.img adalah nama file recovery FW anda, sesuaikan saja . nama defaultnya recovery.img)
• Ketik fastboot flash dnx dnx_fwr_ctp_a500cg.bin
• Ketik fastboot flash ifwi ifwi_ctp_a500cg.bin 
• Ketik fastboot reboot-bootloader 
• Wipe cache dan wipe data
